The 38th Annual Meet in the Street® festival offers a day filled with food, fun and entertainment, including live music and children’s activities. Admission is free.

Festivities will include hundreds of booths featuring handcrafted arts and crafts along South Taylor Street, South Brooks Street, and South White Street starting at 10 am. The event also will include multiple entertainment venues and a beer garden

Down East Holiday Show

Each year, the Pitt Community College Foundation presents the Down East Holiday Show to raise funds for student scholarships and educational activities at Pitt Community College. Our 2016 Holiday Show was a record success, generating more than $100,000 to benefit PCC students.

Started in 2002, the Down East Holiday Show helps to kick off the holiday shopping season by featuring more than 175 exhibitors selling everything from holiday decorations and handcrafted gift items to mouth-watering foods and an array of services.

Admission: $12 on Thursday night  $10 Friday, Sat & Sunday (discounts online)   Children under 10 Free
