All purchases are lovingly packaged in a gift box and tied up with a red satin or organza ribbon and sent with care to you or your gift recipient. The package is elegant enough to skip the wrapping paper. So, if you would like us to send the item to you so you can deliver it personally, you can have a peak before giving it (that is, if you can retie the bow!) If you would like us to send the gift directly to the recipient, we can include a handwritten card with your sentiments. Please add that info in the notes section of the checkout page.
We offer free priority shipping on all orders sent to an address within the United States as well as expedited or international shipping for an additional fee.
We ship daily by USPS Priority Mail but will gladly send your order by UPS or FedEx for the actual cost of shipping. Your order will usually be shipped on the next business day after we receive it. If there will be a delay in sending your order you will be contacted within 24 hours of placing your order with more information. We reserve the right to send packages to the San Francisco Bay Area via First Class mail if it will not delay the arrival time of your item.

We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your selection - so please, don’t be shy about asking questions before you make your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept full priced merchandise back in unworn, perfect condition for a refund on the cost of the item purchased or exchange on any items within 14 days of shipping to you. Discounted items are final sale.
Please email us to let us know you would like to request a return. We will contact you with a return authorization code and return address. There is no refund on any shipping/handling charges. On all returns, you will be reimbursed for the cost of the item minus a $7 restocking fee per order. Exchanges will be processed free of charge.
We recommend sending items back via insured mail or ups as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
crediting your returns
We will credit your account on the card used for purchase once the return is received. Please allow 10-14 days for credit to be processed. Please note it may take 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
repairs
To further build confidence in your purchase, all repairs (unless caused by obvious abuse or mishandling of the item) and minor alterations are done free of charge within the first year of purchase. For more elaborate alterations and repairs on items past the one year warranty, please contact us for a quote. All repairs are subject to availability of materials.
sales tax
We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to California. If you are shipping to this state, 8.5% will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final receipt.
